By accessing or using Solo Flows ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Solo Flows provides an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that enables users to book AI influencers, bid on scripts, participate in community discussions, and access educational content. The platform operates on a credit-based economy.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are the internal currency of the Platform. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Pricing and exchange rates are subject to change with prior notice. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Content generated through the Platform using AI influencers is owned by the user who commissioned it, subject to the licensing terms at the time of booking. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. You grant Solo Flows a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the Platform.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Platform for illegal purposes; attempt to circumvent security measures; upload harmful or offensive content; impersonate others; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Solo Flows is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
