1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account registration data (name, email, password), profile information, payment details, and content you create or upload. We also collect usage data automatically: device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve our services; process payments and manage your credit wallet; personalize your experience; communicate with you about updates and promotions; ensure platform security; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with: payment processors (Sepay, PayPal, Airwallex) to process transactions; cloud service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) for platform operation; and law enforcement when legally required. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest; row-level security on all database tables; regular security audits; and access controls with principle of least privilege. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of marketing communications; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently delete it. Transaction records may be retained longer for legal and accounting requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
Solo Flows is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data, we will promptly delete it.
